We share your first name and property address with the cleaning professional assigned to your job. We share no other personal details. We do not share your phone number, email address, or any financial information with our cleaning professionals.

  • Customer contact data — 3 years from your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted
  • Enquiries that did not result in a booking — 12 months from the date of enquiry
  • Marketing preferences and consent records — for as long as you remain an active subscriber, plus 12 months after you unsubscribe
  • Before and after photographic documentation — 12 months from the date of the clean, then permanently deleted
  • Complaint records — 3 years from resolution of the complaint
  • Technical and analytics data — in accordance with the retention policies of the analytics tools we use, typically between 14 and 26 months

When data reaches the end of its retention period it is securely deleted from all our systems.
